"From my very first conversation with Neil, I knew I found the right company. He patiently took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He thoroughly explained the kind of pests we have to contend with in the NE as we are coming back to CT after 20+ years on the West coast. When I met Austin at the house for our initial consultation and quote, he again didn't rush me and answered all of my questions. Since we were purchasing a house that hadn’t been maintained (at least to our standards) pest control was first on our list. They saw evidence of mice and immediately set a plan to make sure they didn’t continue taking shelter in the basement. My biggest fear was finding termites and since we had our inspection during the winter with snow on the ground, it was impossible to tell if they existed. Sure enough, the first warm day I stepped outside I panicked and took photos and videos of what I thought were termite swarms. Neil and Austin returned my text and calmly reassured me that while those were indeed termites, they could get rid of them permanently. They came back out within days and treated for termites around the entire house. I am so grateful to have this amazing team looking after our house and taking this one big stress away so we can focus on other improvements. 5 STARS!!!!!"
